Education is of a key concern at both global and individual States, typified in the Millennium Goals Declaration.

Some of the problems that are considered to prevalent  in Africa includes – Poor quality –management & delivery, High  pupil teacher ratio, Lack of adequate  resources, Weak institutional  infrastructure, Lack of facilities for the “Special Needs’. Solutions adopted by each state differ markedly from region to region and country to country. 

The focus of AfBBA’s effort are improving education at all levels – Primary & Secondary, Vocational Education & Training and Higher education, with the objective strength the education and training sector through fostering cooperation and assistance of institutions in thee UK
